Elvira "Birang" Pracuelles in the age of 30's, widow, residence of Sitio Cue, Cabaruyan, Libungan North Cotabato suffers an ailment that made her body collapse.

Her family belongs to the poor among the poorest. She knocks your heart to help her medication because she needs to live longer for the sake of her 3 children.

Our group the #POORpose asks your benevolent support and help for her medication as soon as possible.

My Family and I,  would like to say "THANK YOU"  to the people of Sitangkai  of honoring me with your vote as your Vice Mayor of this 1st Class and progressive municipality known as Venice of the South during the last 2019 midterm election.
