Basilan Engineering District under Engineer Soler Undug doubled his time to help Basilaneous to build the province by implementing the multi-billion projects of
the government headed by the Autonomous Regional Governor Mujiv Hataman thru
the DPWH Secretary Mustapha “Don” Loong of DPWH-ARMM.
Engineer Soler Undug conducted survey in all municipalities of his area of responsibilities who needs the support of the government.
The P1.20Billion 55
kilometers Transcentral road connecting different municipalities and the P250 – Million Government Center as part of Flagship
projects of the Autonomous Region under Governor Mujiv Hataman, said Undug in
