Lamitan, Basilan - DPWH-ARMM Secretary Don Mustapha Loong, Tun Mustapha persistent enough on his
marching order in every district offices in the ARMM to fast – tract the
implemention of the infrastructure needs in every barangays such us road
networks, bridges and ports in the region..

Cohesiveness.
Transparency and Act with prudent manner to implement the
projects, which simultaneously instructed Engr. Rodjim S. Arai, to inspect
various sites like Barangay Bohe Tambak, Tipo-Tipo of the saod province to
implement a "box culvert" projects to make fully accessible to all
riding public.
In Barangay Bohe Tambak at portion boundary between Tipo-Tipo and
Al-Barka Municipality..which is link and connected to Brgy. Badja, Brgy.
Bangcuang and Brgy. Macalang, Al-Barka Municipality.
The river passing through is from the creek of Bohe Basilan, we're if
heavy rains pour, villagers cannot access the roads because of the strong river
current going along..
Villagers are tend to wait for an hour or even more,
which only across after the river gradually lower it's currents.
The DPWH-ARMM Basilan immediately responded the problems of the people here, they putting-up "box culvert" for temporary solution.
Residents here are very thankful to the DPWH of the Autonomous Region
thru the District Engineer Soler Undug for a very optimistic that after a long
years the dream of having a bridge are about to realized.
